The Path to Becoming a Floyd's Barbershop Franchise Owner
So you’re ready to become a proud owner of a Floyd’s franchise and want to take the first step. We are excited that you are interested in our company and look forward to hearing from you! We have broken down the steps to ownership process into nine steps. We believe in being thorough and fully preparing our franchise owners to hit the ground running on day one. Our success is dependent on the success of our franchisees, so our process will make sure that every base is covered.

Inquiry
Complete the franchise inquiry form. Our Director of Franchising Development reviews every submission.

Introductory Call
Once you've submitted an inquiry, you will be contacted to schedule an introductory phone call.

FDD Review
Our most recent Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) will be provided after a successful call and all Floyd’s criteria have been met.

Qualification
If you and Floyd’s 99 both agree to move forward in the process after you have reviewed the FDD, we will conduct a background check and asset verification.

Discovery Day
When the background check is complete and the criteria are met, you'll visit our office in Greenwood Village, CO. You'll tour the office, meet our team, visit local shops, and see what it takes. This may be held virtually in some circumstances.

Legal
After your Discovery Day, we will finalize your market Development Agreement and the Franchise Agreement for your first Floyd’s 99 Barbershop.

Real Estate
After signing the agreement, you will access a real estate planning session where you will be provided all the necessary information to find the best location for your Floyd’s 99 Barbershop.

Training
Once you’ve signed the lease for your first shop, you will return to the Floyd’s Home Office for your training session to prepare you to open and manage your shop.
